Got word this afternoon that we'll be flying out on Thursday so we are on full-blown scramble getting ready. They need her to start work on Monday so she has to get her Illinois work permit Friday morning and then wardrobe fittings and logging a few hours of school that afternoon. Yea, they are sticklers about school time and have to have a teacher on set for her and the other little girl that's working with her. I'm taking her lessons and sounds like she'll be cool with that. We'll have the weekend to doodle and sight see what we can stand to in the cold. :-o
Was really hoping for Monday since it's so hard to be away from the boys for that long. We looked at them coming up for the weekend but besides it being crazy expensive since it's so last minute, it's going to be icky cold. She starts work on Monday and will only have one day off until we come home that following Tuesday. I know it will go by quick since we'll be so busy but will miss our boys. :-(
Going to chalk it up to an adventure and hope it leads to bigger things where she'll have the pull for them to come with us. :-)
Wish us luck with this weather! OMG!! Going to be hard on these Texas gals.
